M4L: Mentoring 4 Life Program
Our M4L program is our mentorship program for kids ages 8-18. We offer both one-on-one and group opportunities.
All strategies are focused on being S.M.A.R.T.:
- Specific: We clearly define our mentoring populations
- Measurable: We are always measuring and evaluating our successfulness
- Attainable: We set goals that are attainable, for both the children and the mentors
- Realistic: We set goals that are realistic and that make sense to the mentee
- Target Driven: We have a clearly defined target for our work
